Who says vegan desserts can’t be delicious?!
After a yummy, vegan meal, what tops it off better than a delicious chocolate brownie? It’s easy to make and will even have the meat eaters begging for seconds. See recipe below.Vegan Brownies ( Gluten Free & Refined Sugar Free )
1 cup of chickpeas
1/2 cup flour
1 cup almond butter or any nut butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup date sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 table spoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut milk
Add all the ingredients into a blender.Blend until very smooth. Grease your baking pan lightly or line it with baking paper.
Bake on 190C or 375F for 15 -20 minutes; times vary according to oven types.
Once cooled, serve with your favourite vegan ice cream.
